CONPLAN Privacy Policy



CONPLAN processes personal data in accordance with the following rules:


Transparency - Through honest, true and clear information about the policy for processing users' personal data on CONPLAN's Sites and Platforms.


Lawfulness - Only process personal data in legally permitted situations and in accordance with the purposes disclosed to users.


Adequacy in Treatment - Collect and organize only the information necessary and relevant to the purpose for which the data is intended.

Confidentiality - All CONPLAN employees are committed to confidentiality and respect for the processing of personal data of users, customers, employees or partners.


Registration of Personal Data Processing - CONPLAN registers the processing of personal data, in accordance with the model approved by the Data Controller with CONPLAN's Management



System Analysis and Review


Conplan will regularly, at least biannually, carry out an analysis of the situations and measures taken within the scope of the processing of personal data in its activity and the eventual review and update of its privacy policy, informing its customers of the changes.



Security


CONPLAN, under the legal terms and as a Subcontractor, will take the appropriate measures, within its reach (and for which it is expressly mandated) for the protection of the personal data in which it participates in its treatment, in order to:


- Preserve the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data, namely through reserved, encrypted access to personal data;


- Restore availability and access to personal data in a timely manner in the event of a physical or technical incident


- To regularly test, evaluate and evaluate the effectiveness of technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of the treatment;


- To use external products or services that comply with European standards on the protection of personal data, namely when contracting service providers based and hosting data in the European Union.



Cookies 


A "cookie" is a small text file, automatically saved by the user's computer. When accessing the websites, CONPLAN platforms, cookies (memories) of your navigation (pages, services, etc.) are used by default browsers. These memories are recorded for when you return to that internet address, with information about your browsing experience making it easier and more useful (eg when filling out a form, your full name and address immediately appear).

These memories remain in the browser until you "clean" your settings or the browser itself updates.
