CONPLAN Privacy Policy



CONPLAN processes personal data in accordance with the following rules:


Transparency - Through honest, true and clear information about the policy for processing users' personal data on CONPLAN's Websites and Platforms.


Lawfulness - Only process personal data in legally permitted situations and in accordance with the purposes disclosed to users.


Adequacy in Treatment - Collect and organize only the information that is necessary and relevant to the purpose for which the data is intended.


Retention Limitation - Data processing only for the period necessary for the purposes that justify it.


Age Limitation - Suitable for all ages, including those under 13 years of age.


Respect for the Rights of the Personal Data Holder


In carrying out its activities, respect for the rights of the holder of personal data is always present and underlying, namely:

Know the purposes for which your personal data is processed and the duration of the processing

To be forgotten or to have your personal data erased

Guarantees


Confidentiality - All CONPLAN employees are committed to confidentiality and respect for the processing of personal data of users, customers, employees or partners.


Registration of Personal Data Processing - CONPLAN registers the processing of personal data, in accordance with the model approved by the Data Controller with CONPLAN Management.



System Analysis and Review


Conplan will regularly, at least every two years, analyze the situations and measures taken within the scope of the processing of personal data in its activity and the possible review and update of its privacy policy, informing its customers of the changes.



Security


CONPLAN, under legal terms and as a Subcontractor, will take the appropriate measures, which are within its reach (and for which it is expressly mandated) to protect the personal data in which it participates in its processing, in order to:


- Preserve the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data, in particular through reserved, encrypted access to personal data;


- Restore the availability and access to personal data in a timely manner in the event of a physical or technical incident


- To regularly test, assess and evaluate the effectiveness of technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of processing;


- To use external products or services that comply with European standards on the protection of personal data, namely when contracting service providers based and hosting data in the European Union.



Cookies 


A "cookie" is a small text file automatically saved by the user's computer. When accessing CONPLAN websites and platforms through default browsers, cookies (memories) of your browsing (pages, services, etc.) are used. These memories are saved so that when you return to that internet address, information about your browsing experience is stored, making it easier and more useful (e.g. when filling out a form, your full name and address are immediately displayed).

These memories remain in the browser until you “clean” your settings or the browser itself updates.
